Health Advocates’ Celebrates New York Treasures
On October 10th, Health Advocates for Older People celebrated its 39th Anniversary Treasures Gala, honoring individuals who are helping make New York City a healthier and more hopeful place in which to age: Sunny Hayward and Richard Johnson, Betsy McCaughey, and Barbara Paddock. As an integral partner to Health Advocates for many years, the Greater New York Chapter of The Links was honored with the Josephine McFadden Award as our Volunteer of the Year.
Thanks to the remarkable efforts of our honorees, Gala Committee, Board of Directors, and all supporters, the Treasures Gala infuses vital funding to help keep our Healthy Aging programs free.
